30-Day Return Window

Your EVLVD tool should feel exceptional from the very first touch. If it doesn’t feel right for you, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Every EVLVD product is built with precision and intention.

If any issue arises from materials or craftsmanship within 365 days, we’ll replace the item — no repairs, no complications.

This guarantee covers manufacturing or structural defects, not damage caused by misuse or regular wear.

Refunds

 

After your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
